Naughty By Nature 1000pts, by Kyle
Phew! Finally we’re in the final leg of Lost Hemispheres WarmaHordes challenge. It’s been a rough few weeks trying to get everything together. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get everything completed in the way that I wanted too as a lot of time went into my epic Warlock conversion. But it will have to do for now.

I’ll first start by list the models that I have removed. I first removed the Farrow Brigands from my list. I have a soft spot for the poor guys and decided that Pendrake finally convinced them that the Circle did not have their best interests in mind. They snuck off into the woods one evening hopefully to make their own way in the world untroubled by the callous treatment from the Circle.
Having seen his Farrow friends off to safety he had no further reason to involve himself in the affairs of the Circle. Pendrake has left to continue his journey in search of knowledge concerning beasts both fair and foul.
I also removed the Swamp Gobbers from my list. The reason being was simply to have an all Circle One Thousand point list, no minions. The last model I removed was the Gnarlhorn Satyr. I wanted to add in some new beasts but had to free up some points in order to add all of the other models that I wanted to put in.

Ok on to the new stuff! In place of the Gnarlhorn I added two Wold Wyrds. I like the magical denile aspect of the Wold Wyrds and becasue they are pretty cheap it is nice to have a little redundancy with the two of them. I think the Wyrds visually fit in nicely with the army along side the other rocky stuff I have going like the Woldwarden and all of the units of stones. I painted the Wyrds in the same color as the sentry stones. Then added a red ‘eye’ to each of them (Hello Dave can I sing you a song?) Spooky!

The next addition to my army were the Tharn Ravagers. I had a full unit sitting on my shelf with a half finsihed paint scheme that I did not like. It was the perfect time to take them down and paint them up into something that I was happy with. Along with the Ravagers I added in Shaman unit attachment. I don’t think there is any reason why the Shaman should be left out. With all of his unit buffs he really pushes the Ravagers up a tier. Now I just have to remember that he gives the Ravagers an advanced move at the beginning of the game. I don’t think I have ever remembered to use it. And to round out the Ravagers I also included one White Mane solo. While not part of the unit the Tharn White Main is designed to boost the combat effectiveness of the Tharn Ravagers.
Next came the Reeves. I was initially thinknig of removeing the Reeves from the list and try putting something else in their place. But after a little thought I decided that I liked haveing them and they are one of the few models that have been in all of my lists so far. The Reeves have performed ok for me but I haven’t had much success using them with the WarWolves yet. I really want to sic the WarWolves on to something so they are staying in my list with the Reeves. And I knew I had a few points to spare with the changes that I was planning to make I added two more Reeves to the unit bringing their total to eight.
They’ve returned! And in and in greater numbers, just like Sand People only sexier. The Tharn Bloodtrackers that I used in mt 350pt list are back, this time in a unit of eight. I always feel like I pick the wrong target for thier ‘Prey’ ability and usually just end up getting the Bloodtrackers mutilated. But this time they have their big beefy Tharn men to help them out.

Second to lastly I added a Sentry stone. I like the utility of the Circle’s stone units and models and liked the idea of a model that can suck up Focus and Fury from my opponents models. This will be the first time using this model so I’m not really sure what I’m going to be doing with it. But I’m sure looking forward to using the Sentry stone!
And lastly is Krueger the Stormlord. I like really liked this model but thought that it really needed to be epicified. As it is Krueger looks like he’s flying, kind of, or slipping on marbles. Krueger is known for flying and lightning and that’s how I picture him, flying over his enemies blasting them into smokeing heeps of skin and bone. So takeing this idea I mounted him on Epic Lylyith (hehe). Now he’s a flying, lightning shooting, bald headed son of a b**** who diserves the title of ‘Storm Lord’!

So that’s it for my One Thousand point list. Oh what’s that?! I think some Menites just trampled through Krueger’s flower patch.

That is an amazing Kreuger. My hat is off to you sir.
Now, I am rooting for Menoth, but that model is so awesome, I think you already won.
I can’t fault you at all there, LittleBlue.
Very nice Krueger indeed! Good work.
