Hobby League: The Moebius Strip

I know no-one really cares about my Hobby League, we’ll just say that No Equips MKKO beats SecSoc which beats Syndicate rush which beats No Equips MKKO. Cyclical, yet fun.
Also, Galactus loves it when an opponent team attacks into Terrax with only two attackers. Loves it, I say.
What we’re all REALLY exicted about is more Crime Lords goodness, with VS-Blog’s Mandarin preview!
Now, let’s all ignore the fact that he appears to have no pants for a moment. Carlos and TDB have done a fine job looking over the background and tech for the character, so let’s just admire the niftiness.
3/6 with Flight and Range. Not gonna be an attacker any time soon, but with 6 defence he’s a reasonable wall.
His second ability seems to make him absolutely beautiful as a late game underdrop in a card-draw deck, especially if you’re teamed up with Secret Society with Deadshot and facing down some weenies or hidden lowbies. Discard ten cards for Mandarin, then remove ‘em from the KO pile to blitz that hidden Ant Man that’s been annoying you.
Personally though, I’m loving that first effect - rally for equipment.
I’ve made no secret about my adoration of equipment cards, and if we see anything approximating the Mandarin’s rings, that’ll just be TOO thematic and nifty and keen and spiffy. And stuff.
Even if we don’t see the rings, you do remember that lovely Death Warrant from yesterday’s an equipment card, right?
I’m so proud of Gday… he finally broke down and built a Spud Deck. He’s tasted the sweet fruit of control… he can never go back.
